I acknowledge that I have been provided access to and had the opportunity to review the Course Agreement and the Third-Party Financing Addendum (if applicable).  I have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by their terms.  By checking this box and clicking “I Accept,” I acknowledge and agree that my electronic acceptance constitutes my valid and binding electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.  No certification authority or third-party verification is required to validate my electronic signature, and the lack of such certification will not affect enforceability.
